Evdokia Tema holds a PhD in Earth Sciences, and she is currently working at the University of Torino, Italy. Her main research focuses on understanding the temporal and spatial variations of the Earth’s magnetic field in the past and exploring palaeomagnetic, archaeomagnetic, and rock magnetic applications in different scientific fields such as geology, volcanology, stratigraphy, climate, archaeology, and cultural heritage. Evdokia participated in the CUAP Data Stewards course organized by the University of Torino, which introduced her to the world of Open Science. This experience made her realize the value of transparency, reproducibility, and ethical standards in research and sparked a strong interest in Open Science and its potential to improve both scientific integrity and collaboration. Evdokia is one of the coordinators of the Open Science Community of Turin, where she is actively engaged in promoting a vision of science that is open, inclusive, and socially responsible
